Back On Track
Ralph
Marston
You're
solidly on track, moving firmly toward your goals. Then,
for one reason or another, you get distracted.
It
happens. Along the path, occasionally you'll wander off in the
wrong direction. It's OK. In fact, it can help you.
You'll probably learn or experience something valuable. After
all, something caused you to be distracted. And once you're off
the
main road, you might as well make the most of it.
Then,
remind yourself of where you were going in the first place, and
of how much you want to get there. The disappointment of getting
distracted gives you the opportunity to reflect on your original
direction.
Every
now and then, you'll wander from the path. Use these
distractions as opportunities to learn and grow, then point yourself
back in the direction of your goals, with renewed commitment and
enthusiasm.
