Jace Carlton  is the creator of Change Your Stars! and its companion daily motivational / inspirational e-mail messages that are read by over 14,000 people all over the world.
 
Jace also enjoys a career as a Songwriter, and a collaborator much in demand in the Country genre, but also enjoys writing for A/C, Pop, R&B, Smooth Jazz, and Cabaret.  As a Freelance Writer he has contributed reviews on new CD's to online newsletters, and regularly contributed book and concert reviews along with personal commentary on the music industry to Nashville's Songwriter's Connection e-Zine.
 
Additional career achievements include Freelance Photographer, Award Winning Poet, Author, Radio DJ in the San Francisco Bay Area, and he's a much sought after Motivational  / Inspirational Speaker and Personal Coach.
 
He had not one or two majors in college but THREE: Mass Communications, Psychology and History.  With his MassComm degree he specialized in two different career paths - Freelance Photojournalist and Radio DJ, expanding into sports as an award winning play-by-play Football Announcer.
 
His specialty with his major in Psychology was Motivational Behavior resulting in a life long interest in working with people to assist them in following their dreams and achieving their highest potential.  His coaching and mentoring continues through this website.
 
His degree in History taught him the valuable lesson of doing extensive research and knowing his subjects well, and this has helped him with his many freelance writing assignments and speaking engagements over the years.
